On Thurdsay, 17th November, at 13:00 o'clock Dr Clare Sampson, Horticultural Development Manager at Russell IPM, will be giving a talk before The Association of Applied Biologists, presenting her work on developing a new generation of specially coloured, pheromone and pattern-enhanced sticky traps for the management of whitefly and thrips. She will be discussing her work on a KTP Project spanning October 2014 – October 2016, whose aim has been to increase trap catch for these insects without disrupting beneficial species. AAB members are welcome to this fascinating presentation, whose results already have won awards at international agricultural events.
